Cancellation Policy

We know travel plans change. Here's how cancellations work for tours booked with GumilangTour.

Free cancellation

You can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before your tour's departure time. Let us know via WhatsApp or email as soon as you know your plans have changed.

Within 72 hours of departure

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure may not be refundable, since guides and vehicles are arranged specifically for your booking. Tell us as early as possible — we'll always try to find a fair solution, especially for genuine emergencies.

Weather and safety

Some tours (particularly Mount Rinjani treks and Komodo boat trips) depend on real conditions — trail access, sea state, and official park guidance. If we need to postpone or cancel a tour for safety reasons, we'll offer a reschedule or a full refund; this is never counted against the cancellation window above.

How to cancel or reschedule

Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@gumilangtour.com with your booking details. We reply within a few hours, Lombok time.
